Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the following cases:
* If you receive a damaged product
* If you receive the wrong item
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof of the issue.
Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for exchange.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not offer returns for:
* Change of mind
* Personal dislike of scent
* Opened or used products
We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
KLS Perfumes reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock or verification issues.
